Please do not send packages to Shield Outdoor Cover without prior authorization. We cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be paid for prior to shipping. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on possible claims. Note that for verified warranty claims the manufacturer will replace or repair the item at their sole discretion.
For approved warranty claims Shield Outdoor Covers will pay inbound freight charges for packages being returned by the customer. The customer will be responsible to pay outbound freight charges for approved warranty replacement products or repaired products.
Due to the limited staff during the Corona virus period, order processing will take 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday). We'll return to normal 2-3 business day shipping once the operation is back to normal. You will receive notifications when one order placed, confirmed, and shipped with tracking number.
There are many choices to deliver your products and the best choice often changes from one order to the next. We retain the right of choosing the shipping method that makes the most sense to us.
Our choice will take consideration of delivery time, cost, and customer service, etc. given each parcel’s size, weight, and distance to destination.
On regular small quantity orders (less than 20-30 covers), we will choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping time is generally 1-3 business days with them. You should receive notifications once your cover product is shipped out with tracking number, via email or SMS depending on which one you chose. If you have registered an account with us, you can also find the status of your orders on our website.
On very large orders (say more than 30 covers), we may choose other carriers than those mentioned above, to ensure the best service.
